It's so quirky and off-beat, but with just the RIGHT touch of class. The best way to wear it is with shorter nails, and tanner hands. If your hands are too pale, it tends to look a little off. I love the way it looks with every outfit I wear, even darker outfits because that just makes the color pop even more.
I noticed this fashion becoming popular in Hollywood around last summer, but it never really hit it with the mainstream, and that's a bit upsetting, because I love it so much!
